Returns
We accept returns for original paintings and limited edition prints under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition, and returned in the original packaging to ensure its safety during transit.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that:
- Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after we confirm the condition of the returned artwork.
- If the item is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, the refund may be denied or reduced.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return the original item and place a new order for a different piece.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of receiving your order) with photos of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and availability of the item.
Non-returnable Items
- Customized artwork or any piece that has been altered or personalized cannot be returned or refunded.

- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure its safe return.
